Hey, everybody! Could you please advise me what the problem might be? I've been waiting 2 weeks for approval to pay for my developer account. Also all requests to Apple support remain unanswered. Maybe someone has encountered this.

I am working on app development projects for 3 different companies now, in addition to my own hobby endeavors. Is my only option to have a separate account for each company? Or is it possible for my single developer account to be associated with multiple companies? Right now this particular account is under an organization I am going to be leaving soon. Does this mean I lose my developer account and have to create a whole new one all over again, losing all my past dev history, etc.? Thanks!

Hi, Has anyone else been having a terrible experience with Apple Developer account enrollment? I have sent numerous tickets to Apple and there hasn't been a response since weeks and I'm unable to make payment. Does anyone have any idea how I can get in touch with someone who can actually help me? I've tried everything, this forum is my last resort. Thanks!

Hello, as a company, we had an Apple Developer Enterprise account for many years. Last year, Apple denied us an extension on the grounds that we had less than 100 employees. They advised us to open a new Standard Developer account because it is not possible to transfer an account from Enterprise to Standard. I created a new standard account that I want to convert to a business one (so that the name of the company is visible, not a specific person). I contacted support to request a change and was denied because "our company already has a developer account", which is the origininal Enterprise one we can no longer use. Furthermore, the communication with the support is miserable. They keep telling me they don't know why would we want a new Business account when we already have an account. I wrote them, they didn't allow us to extend it and they advised us to start a completely new one and at that moment they stopped communicating completely. I have repeated this several time, the result is always the same. Can anyone advise me what to do next, who to contact?

Hi team, we have an application for macOS, and previously, all binaries and installers were signed using one Apple account. However, we've transitioned to signing all binaries and installers with a different account. Note: Our application is not available on the App Store; we distribute it at an enterprise level to our customers. My question is: Can we expect app updates to function smoothly, or are there potential issues we should be aware of?

Hey Guys,I don't know if this is the right thread to post as I couldn't find a dev specific one, if not Mods please remove it. But to give you some context, I had initially tried to enroll in the program years ago when I was under 18 but it seemed to have blocked me and I didn't realize. I then turned to my parents to use their accounts to publish and manage the apps I made for the longest time. I am now over 21 now and am setting up my own LLC and wanted to use my account so that I don't need my parents to help me sign in every time. I however got an error that saying that I wasn't able to enroll and everytime I called support, they would tell me that they were not able to verify me and that they couldn't help me further and they Hung Up On Me. I got In touch with one advisor who was nice enough to listen and let me explain my self and she said that an 'Internal Team' would have to look into this to let me enroll, I sent her my ID and my parent's account that I used to publish apps but it has been over a month now and I all I get in response is that she does not have any update and will be unable to provide any timeline or updates until she gets any. I have zero clue on how to proceed with this as I'm left in the dark and nobody in apple seems to want to help me.

I have a new developer account registered as an org and I noticed after registering that the address of the LLC is incomplete (it's missing the suite #). I've been trying to get in touch with Apple developer support for over a week now via phone callback request and email and haven't heard back. Can someone from Apple reach out if they're reading this, it should be a quick info update. Thanks.

As a new developer I apologise if this is simple. But I did call Support and they pointed me in this direction. I have an app in development that is not ready to put in the App store. I am yet to purchase a license and have been testing my app on my own devices with the 7 day expiry. I have someone prepared to test my app who is some distance from me. If I purchase a license will the app last longer than 7 days on both my and their device or will it still disappear every seven days. thanks

Im unable to setup DSA. Whatever I try it never sends me the SMS and it refuses to call me. Then I tried to contact Apple using the contact form, they use my registered email-address there, but guess what, my email address is invalid according to the logs. "errorCode": "SOWS-EXECUTE-016", "errorToken": "EMAIL VALIDATION FAILED", "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : XXXXX is Invalid", "errorSeveritv": "FAILURE" How to get in proper email contact with apple to fix those issues. I replaced my email address with XXXXX

My e-mail server supports OAuth for login. It would be nice to replace username/password with a OAuth, the same way that other accounts such as Microsoft Exchange, Google, etc, work. Is there a framework that allow me to implement such thing? Like a custom internet account in addition to vanilla imap and the others provided by Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc?

I have purchased $99 developer account program 19 days back and still its in pending status. How much time does it normally takes to get activated? & How long do i have to wait for getting it done? I am from outside of US. If anyone knows the solution please help!! I also sent email to Apple Support still no response. Enrollment ID: 843B4P6ZM6

Several of our users are having an issue where they cannot make or receive Teams calls from their iPhones. I believe this is an issue that began with IOS 17.2 and which Apple has acknowledged and committed to fixing. may I know what is the status of this fix? or if there is a solution?

My developer account has been in pending status for 2 weeks, even though I tried to pay twice and received an email twice that it would be resolved within two working days. I tried to write to support but I don't get an answer.

Right now I'm using my personal account to access dev forums. But i can't login with my Dev account because Apple does not want to send me new Verification Code. Because of that i can't publish new app updates. I'm based in Thailand so customer support for developer account is really bad. Contacting the non developer account support they CAN'T help because i have to contact the special Developer Team and not Average User Team.

I used the DUNS number for our company's US entity, however we will be doing our development in our South African entity, so I want to update the DUNS number on our account to our South African entity number but I cannot find anywhere to do it. Any ideas on how i can do this?

Good day! I've submitted my enrollment and paid the fee but I've yet to receive an email or any confirmation about my membership. One reason I could think of why this is happening is that I used my dad's credit card (consensual of course). Well anyways, my question is: Is it normal to have it pending for more than 5 days? And if so, what's the longest I could probably wait for? We're currently running late on an app store release so apologies if I sound impatient. Thanks for your help!

Has anyone experienced issues with the Apple Developer Program leading to account termination? I'm facing this situation and am concerned about losing pending receipt. Any advice or shared experiences on whether it's possible to recover the funds would be greatly appreciated.
