Hello, Is there a any available API to retrieve analytics data for my specific app. For example, this image is taken from my analytics dashboard. I want to get this data with source type breakdown via App Store Connect API. Is it possible?

I use Reporter 2.2 to get daily sales and trends reports and have experienced a couple of issues the past few days. I've no idea if they're related. Get the error code 211 with the message "Report is unexpectedly not available. Try again later.". This seems to mostly affect the amContent and amContentDemographics reports Get an empty zip file for amStreams summary report. These issues all seem to happen randomly and temporarily. It's really affecting the stability of our reporting software.

Hello there, I am running an Apple Search Ads campaign and am wondering whether these anorganic downloads generated from this campaign are included on App Store Connect. You have two different places in App Store Connect where you can find Download / App Unit informations: Analytics and Trends. Question: Are Search Ads campaign downloads included in these two spots, or just in one of them or in none of them? Thanks a lot for your help!

I'm trying to use OSSignposter to capture intervals in our app for use in Instruments. The sample code here works in a new project. I see the intervals, signpost icons, etc. However, this same code (integrated into a much bigger app) does not record or display ANY intervals. I can get the config status on both apps' oslog configuration, and there's no difference. sudo log config --status --subsystem **.*******.*******.signposttest Mode for '**.*******.*******.signposttest' INFO PERSIST_DEFAULT I've checked both workspaces and schemes. There is no difference between these projects. The only thing I can think of at this point is a build setting that could affect it. (I'm not using OS_ACTIVITY_MODE = disable but have during the lifetime of this app). Perhaps it's a provision profile issue? Entitlements? However, I've tried profiling in debug mode with debug provision profile and got the same results. Not seeing any signpost activity is happening in immediate mode and deferred mode. I see events in the bottom pane in "List: Events" view. In the last n seconds mode, there is no data, no lanes, and nothing on the timeline. Here's the sample code. I tried in both projects. import os.signpost class AppDelegate: UIResponder, UIApplicationDelegate { var window: UIWindow? var blackWindow: UIWindow? var alertWindow: UIWindow? static var originalAppDelegate: AppDelegate! var signposter: OSSignposter var signpostInterval: OSSignpostIntervalState? override init() { signposter = OSSignposter(subsystem: Bundle.main.bundleIdentifier ?? "unknown", category: "app") signposter.emitEvent(#function) } func applicationWillResignActive(_ application: UIApplication) { guard let interval = signpostInterval else { assertionFailure("no interval") return } print("backgrounding, ending active state") signposter.endInterval("active", interval) } func applicationDidBecomeActive(_ application: UIApplication) { signpostInterval = signposter.beginInterval("active") } } Working This is what I expect to see, signposts and intervals. Not Working However, this is the sample code run in the non-working project. If I programmatically check if the OSSignposter is enabled, I get false. I have no idea how this has been disabled externally, as I'm not explicitly disabling OSSignposter. I also do not see a way to programmatically enabled it. signposter = OSSignposter(subsystem: Bundle.main.bundleIdentifier ?? "unknown", category: "app") assert(signposter.isEnabled) This always asserts. Any help would be very much appreciated.

My test flight application crashed while doing a disk writing operation. I saw the following error in crash log 1073.76 MB of file backed memory dirtied over 705 seconds (1522.14 KB per second average), exceeding limit of 12.43 KB per second over 86400 seconds\ After a little bit of research I found from Apple documentation that System will throw an exception if disk writes from the app exceeds a certain limit in 24 hours window [https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/reducing-disk-writes) But the threshold is not documented. But looking at the crash log we can reverse calculate this threshold as 12.43KB * 86400 ~ 1 GB Does this means that iOS application won't be able to write data more than this limit (1 GB) per day?

My app has been in the App Store for 3 days now and I know for sure that the app has been bought. When I go to "Sales and Trends" on App Store Connect it says that I don't have any sales yet. How long does it take to see sales/downloads?

I have looked for a while, but unfortunately I can't find any option at apple or any othe provider to generate an automatic email report for all my APPs at Appstoreconnect. I like to have a daily or weekly report with the "metrics" like downloads, deinstalls active users and so on. Anybody any idea how to or who offer such a reporting?

I downloaded the database from my app store connect profile and now that I have the data all set up in my warehouse I am unable to do any analysis because I am unsure of what data the tables and columns are actually displaying. How do I get a key that describes what the data means that are in tables and columns?

Hello! I am looking to access data on how many times (on a specific day, week, or month) an alphanumeric subscription offer code has been redeemed (to track affiliate marketing). Right now, I am using the Reporter.jar tool like this: java -jar Reporter.jar p=Reporter.properties a=1234567 m=Robot.XML Sales.getReport 123456789, Subscription, Summary, Daily, 20230120, 1_3 As a result, a long list of subscription events is downloaded, however it is not clear which date a particular event did occur on. It seems like actually they pile up with every additional day. These are the columns that I can see: App Name, App Apple ID, Subscription Name, Subscription Apple ID, Subscription Group ID, Standard Subscription Duration, Subscription Offer Name, Promotional Offer ID, Customer Price, Customer Currency, Developer Proceeds, Proceeds Currency, Preserved Pricing, Proceeds Reason, Client, Device, State, Country, Active Standard Price Subscriptions, Active Free Trial Introductory Offer Subscriptions, Active Pay Up Front Introductory Offer Subscriptions, Active Pay As You Go Introductory Offer Subscriptions, Free Trial Promotional Offer Subscriptions, Pay Up Front Promotional Offer Subscriptions, Pay As You Go Promotional Offer Subscriptions, Free Trial Offer Code Subscriptions, Pay Up Front Offer Code Subscriptions, Pay As You Go Offer Code Subscriptions, Marketing Opt-Ins, Billing Retry, Grace Period, Subscribers As you can see, a date is not among them. Would be great if anyone has feedback on how to make this happen!

We are getting a lot of downloads via App Store search, but the application is connected to a book that you need to purchase and then use to activate the augmented reality application. We are trying to better understand where our audience are coming from and how to help them access the book and therefore be able to use the application. Is there a way to get a report on the search terms that people who have downloaded the app are using to find our app in the App Store search? Can't see to deep dive into the source data which has come from search.

Hello everyone, My question is how we can fetch our own apple apps download counts using API. I want to create code which will fetch total number of app downloads or installs of my app. Is there any way to to get this data using API or any other official method. Own app download counts data [since app uploaded - today's date]. Thank you.

We have created a campaign to track app installs using the Analytics API. We use Taboola ads to track our campaigns so when a user clicks on our Taboola add we send them to the app store using the link created for our analytics campaign. We have received 30+ new impressions according to Taboola. I don't know if we have acquired 5 new installs yet though. Is there a way to view all created campaigns even before 5 new installs have occured?
