To set the stage, my iPhone 12 pro 128 GB doesn't have enough space for the upgrade from iOS 16->17, so OTA updates are out of the question (for the moment). I backed up my iPhone to my mac running ventura and downloaded the ipsw and held down the option key, clicked "Restore iPhone", selected the downloaded ipsw and I am greeted with a panel that reads:
"A software update is required to restore your iPhone"
Clicking "Install" waiting for "Downloading 1 item" panel to timeout and I am presented with an error that reads:"
"Installation failed
Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server"
I was under the impression that the ipsw was the operating system software and since it is iOS 17 is not in public beta, it wouldn't be available via the Software Update server anyway.
Has anyone else run into this?

Hello, I have a question about two days ago. I applied to buy a developer membership, and I did not find the response. It was written in the e-mail. We will work on the membership within two days, and until now, there is no response or recent progress about purchasing a developer membership.
I was on the public beta on my iPhone and I moved it to developer beta but want to switch it back to public beta. I can't see the option to to do that neither do I see the profile in VPN and Device management. I tried to restore my iPhone but that didn't workout (although I would prefer not to restore my iPhone).
My plan is to get back to public beta or at least the regular updates. So I have turned the beta updates off but still on iOS 17.
So my question is, what happens when I turn it off? Do I get updates for the regular updates when it is released or will I be stuck in the update I have now?

Last year I have renewed membership for one of my client company who didn't have iPhone or any apple products that is allowed to renew. Also post renewal I have unsubscribed the subscription, Still now I am able to see it in my account as un subscribed with my client renewal date.
Now I have to renew my apple developer program when I try to renew from apple developer app, I am getting error "An apple developer program membership subscription is already associated with your itunes and App Store account.".
I have raised an incident for the same and there is not proper response form apple side. Any one knows how to fix this?

I as well as a few other coworkers have tried to enroll this account (company) to be an apple developer with no luck. Unluckily, on our first attempt, when Apple called to confirm our details our receptionist hung up thinking it was a robo call.
We have tried to enroll 3 times now.
No email response after weeks of waiting... And Emails are sent to us with the wrong names... they say "Hello Levine" where no one in our office has this name.
Any help would be much appreciated.

We have been trying to renew our apple developer program membership for the past few days, but still not able to do so. We have added the required fund to our apple id and even updated the right billing info. And yet we're not able to renew our membership. We have contacted the apple support regarding this and we didn't receive any useful resolution for this. They have also informed that this issue seems to be affecting several other entities too. And so far there is no proper resolution for this issue. Our membership is to be cancelled tomorrow (Jun 07, 2023), and we're stuck with this kind of issue. As told by the apple support, we're bringing this issue to this forum hoping to get some proper resolution as soon as possible.

My boss renewed his Apple Developer subscription a few months ago via the app. His credit card was charged and the app correctly shows an expiry date of April 2024. But AppStoreConnect keeps saying that it expired in April 2023 and there is no option to renew. It's like one part of Apple's system knows we have renewed, but another part of Apple's system thinks we're expired.
Some things still work. Customers can download our app and make in-app purchases. But our developers can't submit app updates or release to TestFlight. And we're blocked from transferring the app to another account.
We contacted Apple Support 6 weeks ago, and they keep saying their engineers are looking into it and understand the urgency, but that we need to be patient. In the meantime, our developers haven't been able to do anything for 6 weeks and so now we've had to tell them to find other work, because we have no indication of when Apple will fix this.
Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this and how it got resolved? Or if anyone has advice on how to escalate things within Apple? People's livelihoods are on the line and suffering, but for the last 6 weeks we've just been told to "be patient".

Something very strange happened.
I am a developer with an app of my own I would like to publish, as well as an app for my client.
My client and I both contacted customer support. First they told my client they could add me to his account, which they did (on some level...), but I couldn't upload the app for him to test on his phone. So, I called customer support and they told me the the client needs to upload the app himself, which is fine.
However, afterwards I went to renew my own membership (it's been 10 years since I had an account and that was just while learning - I never published) and it seems the support agent blocked my ability to re-enroll as well as my ability to request phone or email support, which is just crazy.
My conversation with the support agent was very polite and professional and I conveyed his exact comments to my client, so there's no reason why adverse action should've been taken against my account.

Our Apple Developer account is past its renew date. We are trying to renew, but we do not see renew option anywhere. I have logged in with account holder email, but still do not see the renew option. We tried logging in from the apple developer portal, iPhone & Mac Developer Apps, still we do not see anyway to renew.
We reached out support few days back. They gave us a one time extension of 6 days. That extension is about to expire. We have sent several mails so far to support, still no help.

I just started a new position with a new company and was just recently added to their Apple Dev account. When I sign into App Store Connect and navigate to users my app id is clearly listed with developer permissions. However, in Xcode my new team does not show up when I sign into my account and it just lists my personal team. Any help is greatly appreciated.
