Hello, I believe I'm experiecing a bug within the AppStoreConnect dev console. When I try to submit a new version of my game for review I recieve an error message stating The items below are required to start the review process: There are still leaderboard image uploads in progress. One might think that this problem should have an obvious solution: wait for the leaderboard images to load and try again. Unfortunately this is impossible, because all images are already loaded. They are also being successfully displayed in the console interface and even in my game itself. I tried to remove all images, but that didn't help. I've also noticed that leaderboard management interface in the console was updated in the past month or two. I think that might be somehow related to the problem (something from old UI got cached and now isn't affect by new UI). I've also filed a request (102270407515) to the Apple Support, but didn't get any answer (aside from the request is registered). Is there any chance I get an answer from Apple Support here on the forum?

Hello Apple Community, I am reaching out to express my frustration with the ongoing issue I've encountered while attempting to transition my account information from an individual to an organization account. Despite diligently providing my business' D-U-N-S and relevant business details multiple times, I continually receive the automated response promising a resolution within one business day. However, it has now been well over a month since my initial request, and the issue persists. I am seeking assistance from fellow developers who may have experienced similar challenges or have insights on navigating this process successfully. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi All, Our "Account Holder" has invited a new user to our corporate dev account in order for them to participate in our new round of TestFlight testing. When they follow the link in the invitation and attempt to "Create Your Apple ID" and enter the special code displayed on the screen correctly they receive a dialog: Your request could not be completed at this time. Your account cannot be created at this time. They've been trying over the last few days so it seems unlikely this is a backend issue (but who knows). I also (in desperation) tried resending them an invite and they had the exact same result. Hopefully someone here has seen (or is seeing) this issue and perhaps has an idea of how to resolve this. Thanks very much in advance, Eric

Hello Apple Developer Community, I am writing to request urgent support to re-enable our developer account which seems to have been disabled as a result of a credit card issue. We have attempted to reach out via email since phone support is not available in my region but received no response for the past 8 days. This issue is hampering our ability to deploy new updates to appstore for critical updates. Thank you for your attention. Looking forward to your support.

Hello, I'm creating an app in Visual Studio 2022 (Windows) and I'm attempting to go through the steps of porting it to my iPhone. However, for the past two days I've been encountering an error when attempting to log in to my individual developer account using my API key information. The message I'm getting states: "An unexpected error occurred, An unexpected error occurred on the server side. If this issue continues, contact us at https://developer.apple.com/contact/." I've already tried clearing the cache and I've tried connecting on two different networks but nothing has worked. This is incredibly frustrating and I'm failing to find a solution. Is this something I can even fix on my own, or do I just have to wait for Apple to resolve an issue?

I need a privacy policy for my game. I want to upload my game in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In my game the user needs to create an account(Microsoft PlayFab) and I collect the user's email address and password. In addition, I use Microsoft Visual Studio App Center for Crash reports. The crash reports are automatically send if the game crashes. Do you know a good generator or samples that I can use to write my privacy policy so that my game doesn't get rejected?

I have reach limit of associations and want to add a new device. Anytime I want to add a new device I get this error message "Your development team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices." I have disabled some of the devices BUT I can't remove them completely. Hence, I still reach the limit of devices. As per as the Apple message saying: "Note: If you remove a registered device from your account, it will continue to count against your device limit. At the start of your new membership year, Account Holders and Admins will be presented with the option to remove listed devices and restore the available device count." I can't wait until the start of the new membership year. How can I remove and add more devices please wihtout having to wait until new membership year? Thank you

Hi, I have tried multiple times over the past 3 weeks to enrol on multiple different devices and on the web but keep getting this error message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." It is becoming massively frustrating because I have reloaded payment details on my Apple ID and I have tried different devices as well as the web and nothing works. Apple also isn't responding to my tickets and each time I have tried I have sent an email asking for them to assist. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Dear Apple Developer Community, I am writing to urgently address the termination of my program enrollment and the failure to receive a refund. Despite enrolling in the Apple Developer Program with anticipation, my enrollment was abruptly terminated without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification, I have received no response regarding the reason for the termination. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and frustrating. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a refund for the fees paid upon enrollment. As a developer, I value transparent and equitable transactions, yet the current situation falls short of these standards. I request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I seek clarification on the grounds for the termination of my enrollment and prompt initiation of the refund process for the fees paid. Thank you for your urgent attention to this issue. Sincerely, Srivarshith Daladuli.

Hello, I have been attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for nearly a month now, but I consistently encounter the following error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I have made multiple attempts to contact Apple Support regarding this issue: I sent an email to support and have been waiting for a response for over two weeks. I tried calling support, and although the estimated wait time was indicated as 2 minutes, I have been on hold for more than a day without any resolution. I have thoroughly reviewed my payment information and can confirm that everything is accurate and up-to-date. At this point, I am unsure of how to proceed, as I have not received any response or guidance from Apple Support. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have made a payment for the developer program on the 12th and this was supposed to take 2days and I am being asked to enroll again. The subscription was paid and I received an order number which I have sent to support. Does support actually work coz they never respond and will the days between payment and activation be compensated?

Hello folks! My developer account was expired several months ago, now I'm trying to renew it , but I have some problems with and I cannot find new agreement or button to renew. "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Your apps will not be available on the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew your membership, the Account Holder needs to visit the Membership section of their account on the Apple Developer website. The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account." I tried to find in: developer app appstoreconnect.apple.com developer.apple.com/ EverywhereI get stuck. My screenshots
