Whenever I try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, I get redirected to an error page saying:Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.on it. I have tried lots of things - different browsers, signing out/back in, clearing cookies, etc. and nothing works. And yes, I have tried enrolling at other times. 😁

I recently left a job, but no one removed my Apple ID from the company's Developer Program account. So when I log into the Apple Developer website I see the company's profiles and certificates. I have no use for being associated with this team, and to avoid any confusion or mistakes I would simply like to disconnect my Apple ID from the company account.I have Googled the issue; it looks like only the team admin can make this change, but as my former boss doesn't take these things very seriously (he's so far ignored my emails about this) I have doubts he will take any measures himself.I've removed myself from the team, but the company's Developer Program account and Organization still show up on my account profile.. I would like to remove these, but I do not understand how.Any help would be fantastic.

We have a problem with receiving payments since 01 October 2015. I guess that's because our bank has changed their correspondent bank (we got the notification about that from our bank in August). I tried to change the correspondent bank in my developers account, but unfortunately the system doesn't offer filling in information about bank-correspondent. I have already sent several emails to support, but the problem isn't solved yet. For today we haven't received several payments. I have also contacted our bank, but they answered that they didn't receive any payment for us, so I presume that the problem is with the bank correspondent. What can we do to receive these payments?

Hey all! This is my first time posting to the forums, so feel free to redirect me if you need. My question is pretty simple (I hope)!I previously had a paid developer account and I have since let that account expire. As I don't intend to distribute apps, only to develop them for personal learning purposes and only ever running them on my own devices, I think that all I need is a free account.I had assumed that my paid account would be downgraded to a free account once it expired, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I can no longer run my in-development apps on my own device, and my membership center account page only offers to renew my paid account, not transition it to a free one.In short: My paid developer account expired, and now I want to transition to a free account, but I don't know how. Help!

My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere. All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I used to have a paid developer membership but now I'd like to do some development using the free personal membership that should be available. When I log in to the developer portal I just get a red banner telling me to renew my paid membership. In Xcode when I log in with my Apple ID it shows my account as "Role - User" instead of "iOS Developer - Free", which I have seen should be the case according to some online tutorials for creating free developer accounts (such as this one). There must surely be a way to go from a paid membership to a free one, but how? (All of this leads to that I can't create a provisioning profile for iOS Development).Thank you!

I recently got this notice:Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule. In order to update your existing apps, create new in-app purchases, and submit new apps to the App Store, the user with the Legal role (Team Agent) must review and accept the Paid Applications Schedule (Schedule 2 to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement) in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module.Requirements to accept:(1): User with Legal role = CHECK(2): Must have already agreed to Apple Developer Program License Agreement = CHECK(3): Go to Agreements, Tax, and BankingProblem:When I go to the agreements, ta... all I see is a white/blank page with a centered grey square in the middle. Unable to move forward from here. I tried different browsers etc. and also added a support ticket for apple. However eager as I am to have my new App version released, I hope that some of you may know what is wrong or are experiencing something similar?Add. info:I am not a tech guy, but when I inspect the page on the 'blank page' I see these 3 errors. I am unsure if they are telling what is wrong:- Uncaught TypeError: window.itc-base-container is not a constructor at jumpTo?page=contracts:59 - Uncaught ReferenceError: $j is not defined at jumpTo?page=contracts:91- Uncaught ReferenceError: $j is not defined at jumpTo?page=contracts:267

I've been filling out all my information correctly when enrolling my company in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting this error: The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. etc etc. I submitted my information to DUNS through the Apple website, but the work email I submitted to DUNS was an @gmail.com address. When enrolling my company, it doesn't allow me to use the @gmail.com address so I use an @mycompanyname.com address. The point is, it's different from the email I submitted to DUNS, so I'm wondering if this is why I keep getting the "did not match your D&B profile" error? If the problem is because of the emails not matching, there's an option to update your DUNS info so I went ahead and submitted the @mycompanyname.com address there so should that fix everything within a few days? Thanks
