Hello folks! My developer account was expired several months ago, now I'm trying to renew it , but I have some problems with and I cannot find new agreement or button to renew. "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Your apps will not be available on the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew your membership, the Account Holder needs to visit the Membership section of their account on the Apple Developer website. The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account." Hi, i'm trying to pay the enrolment developer program and nothing is happening. I have money on my bank account, and i complete the forms very much times but i can't pass to the next step. And, the apple support not calling and mailing me. What can i do?

It has been a month I have been trying to enroll into Apple Developer Program. I have tried enrolling to developer program at least for 15+ times and Contact them 20 times. I only got one email from Apple Support. I replied them but I didn't get any response. I have required payment on my dollar card and Same dollar card is used on Facebook , AWS for Billing. Those platform are actively using my dollar card for billing. My Case Id : 102259628929

On March 21st, I placed an order for the developer program membership and received an email confirmation titled "Order Acknowledgement," stating that the order would be processed within 2 business days. Today is April 9th, Have I received any updates? None. Have I attempted to reach out to developer support via [https://developer.apple.com/contact) Certainly. I've opened cases with the following numbers: 102264562716, 102266632297. However, I have not yet received any response.

I have enrolled and paid, in the response mail it was suggested it will take 2 business days. it was on 25 March 2024 - I was not sure it was accepted, so I paid again on 30 March, I also opened few emails to support requesting to let me know about the status of the request. no response so far from Apple, What can I do? how can I know if someone is processing my request to enroll to apple developer? how much more time it will take? will I will get an answer? I have had this notice for a while: Registration is being processed for these devices. They may become available for development and ad hoc distribution in 24 to 72 hours. Changes to device availability will appear in the Status column. The status for my new iPhone has been stuck in this "Processing" state. See image:

Hey guys! Please, its not possible to remove or reuse an identifier (new app by removing the old one) through the developer portal? https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list Everytime we try to remove there is a message we can't: There is a problem with the request entity The App ID 'xxxxxxxxxxx' appears to be in use by the App Store, so it can not be removed at this time. But the app has been removed!!! Does anyone knows how to delete/reuse an identifier by doing some action in the portal? NOTE: we are low code - no Xcode (yes, so poor) Thank u guys!

Hi, I paid for the membership around 1/2 weeks ago and I am still greeted with the following: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. The payment has come out and did so the first day, any help would be great :) Thanks.

Hello everyone, My iPhone has still not working for 3 months because of Error 1110. I hope the Apple software team can see this message and support us in fixing this issue soon, we lost our data and in this way, most people will not trust iPhones again if they can't find any fix even if this fix is by charge. Hello, An organization I work at is creating an App and getting ready to launch it on the App Store. When creating a Developer Account, it's asking for my personal information and requiring me to upload my ID. What happens if I leave the company? Can someone easily take over, or will the app forever be tied to my Apple ID? We have an Apple ID that we already use around the office. Can we use that account to house the App? Thanks for any clarification. Just a tad confused on the best way to go about this. Best, Dalton

I am trying to move my individual enrollment to the organisation one, so I filled all necessary data, and received the email saying it will take "one to two business days". Nothing happened after 3 business days, and no matter how many times I email support, they remain silent. The worst part is that I can't publish the app, which completely paralising my business. What should I do in this situation?

Hello, My enrolment for developer program has been pending for 2 weeks. I tried sending emails to support and received no reply at all. My card has not been charged either. It works fine as I have purchased iCloud Subscription 4 days ago. I see following message when I log into developer program "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" Please help me. I am honestly stressed out.

I tried to enrol in Apple Developer program with my "gmail.com" email as this was my main email on my own iCloud account. Everything seemed to go smoothly until I received email from apple stating that I need to have a phone call with them in order to continue with this enrolment. I followed the link (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) from that mail but to my surprise there was no section related to that exact topic nor any information about phone calls. I did write support request from "program enrolment" section where I inferred to the mail I received with the request number provided in that mail with also all my contacts and timezone/availablity so that they could give me a call whenever is best for them. I received email confirmation that they have received my request and I will be contacted within 1-2 days and by now it has been 10 days and no replay. Any advice? What else should I do?

When can the winners expect to get their free year of individual membership in the Apple Developer Program? And for winners who already were part of the program, will they see an updated renewal date (postponed by one year compared to the original one) under Account -> Membership details?

Hey, How is Apple still at a point where the Apple Developer program enrollment is complicated? We are not getting answers from support nor do they have a phone contact and are somehow separated from their regular support. This unfortunately does not make any sense. I see that people are also having issues with payments. Very disappointed.
