Previously, we did Notarization with the help of altool, but it has now been decommissioned by Apple. We need to use the Notary tool for Notarization.
My application is not on App-store.So I tried storing credentials in the keychain, but encountered an error after providing all the details, including appleid, app-specific password, and teamid. it is showing this below error. Error: HTTP status code: 401. Unable to authenticate. The application is not allowed for primary authentication. Ensure that all authentication arguments are correct.
We created app- specific password using the same Apple ID account which also has the certificates with which we are trying to Notarize our application. Initially, we were not able to access this Apple ID account because the employee that created this account has now left the organisation and we do not had enough information for access. We contacted apple and we got Alisas to original Apple ID account after that we were able to create app-specific password. We are not sure if this alias account access is affecting our issue or may be there is some particular setting that could affect the authorisation. Below are the complete info regarding the issue.

Can anyone help me in resolving this issue?  What steps do I need to take to fix this? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, everyone. I decided to publish my very first application to the AppStore. As you know, I created an Apple Developer account, and purchased it. I came across a message saying "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. I didn't understand why I got such a message. I'm also asking for those in the know, is this a problem or does it go through such a standard procedure every time a purchase is made? I'm waiting for your answers, thank you. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process."

I had tried to enroll 7 years ago with an account that has been deleted meanwhile. I used my id and and went through all the procedures. The fact that after 1 week of trying to pay for the program didn't go through I just deleted the account. Now I really need to have a developer account associated with my company. What can I do to get make it? Shouldn't deleting my account result also in deleting my information about the government issued id?

I am a Apple Developer member signed into my developer Apple ID on my Vision Pro and I‘m unable to access Beta Updates in Settings -> General -> Software Update. The option doesn’t even show up. I’ve tried restarting a few times and signing out and back in on my Vision Pro. I’ve been able to successfully deploy builds from Xcode to my Vision Pro. I’m also able to access Beta Updates from my other Apple devices on the same Apple ID. I’ve also noticed that my Apple ID avatar isn’t syncing—it shows the default initials in visionOS Settings and updating it there does not seem to sync across devices. Anyone have any ideas how I might fix this?

UK based here and trying to sign up for a Connect account to upload my apps, but my payment keeps being declined. The options state that both Debit and Credit cards are accepted, so why am I unable to sign up ? My iPhone is still iOS 15 so I cannot download the developer app and still on Big Sur I cannot download the macOS version, ridiculous ! I don't know if signing up via Apple's Developer app would allow the payment to go through or not, but the web based version is not working for me. I have read on other threads that Debit Card users need to submit ID, I can't imagine why, but it's not clearly stated at the sign up process, so I cannot be sure.

Team, We are trying to publish new app (Under new brand label) for newly acquired company. app update is rejected for the reason: Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage The app must be published under a seller and company name that is associated with the organization or company providing the services. In this case, the app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the institution name. Any suggestions??

Hello, The issues we previously identified still need your attention. If you have any questions, we are here to help. Reply to this message in App Store Connect and let us know. Review Environment Submission ID: 00fc9b08-3da8-4b89-8810-740174730062 Review date: April 21, 2024 Version reviewed: 1.0 Guideline 3.2.1 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Acceptable Your app provides financial services but does not meet all the requirements for apps providing these services. Specifically: The app must be published under a seller and company name that is associated with the organization or company providing the services. In this case, your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the Askmefund name. The account that submits the app must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and not as an individual. These requirements give App Store users confidence that apps offering financial services are qualified to provide these services and will responsibly manage their data. Please provide ownership documentation or modify the vendor seller name. Please Help me.

I have been trying to enroll onto the program for sometime now but it doesn't go through. I provided every detail accurately but still haven't received any meaningful update. Is it normal that during the purchase we aren't asked to provide the CVV number of our credit card hence payment couldn't be processed or what? The email I received highlighted an enroll request and order. I have consistently sent so many messages but no replies. If the wait time is even a year, isn't it advisable to make it known to the people rather than making it seem an easy process of only two business days. The time I received has long elapsed and I don't how to go about it now. Nothing works.

I am woking on a project for a client and they have an individual apple developer account. They added me to their team as an admin sometime back but the team is still not showing up in Xcode. Only my personal team is visible. Is this because it's an Individual account? Any way to fix this? Appreciate your help.

Address validation failed. Please update legal entity address 2)A new version of your Paid Applications agreement is available. 3)To sell your app or other in-app purchases, you must sign the Paid Applications Agreement. 4)To receive payments from Apple, you must add a bank account. 5)To meet the requirements of the Paid Applications agreement and receive payments, you must add a U.S. tax form.

Hello everyone! The first time I needed Apple Support I had to wait 2 weeks. I wrote now 5 days ago to change my entity type from Individual to Company and I am afraid I am going to wait weeks or months for such a thing to happen. I wrote countless support emails asking for an update on my case number 102275785042, but I am receiving only the confirmation email that is lying that it takes 48 to respond. I have wrote my first app but I am stuck on this and everything is going to be for nothing because my client is leaving me. Taking in account that I don’t have an option to call, what can I do to get an answer from Apple? I am in Romania. If I get a phone number of a country that they really do offer support, will I be able to call, or have the issue addressed? I am getting desperate

Hello, I believe I'm experiecing a bug within the AppStoreConnect dev console. When I try to submit a new version of my game for review I recieve an error message stating The items below are required to start the review process: There are still leaderboard image uploads in progress. One might think that this problem should have an obvious solution: wait for the leaderboard images to load and try again. Unfortunately this is impossible, because all images are already loaded. They are also being successfully displayed in the console interface and even in my game itself. I tried to remove all images, but that didn't help. I've also noticed that leaderboard management interface in the console was updated in the past month or two. I think that might be somehow related to the problem (something from old UI got cached and now isn't affect by new UI). I've also filed a request (102270407515) to the Apple Support, but didn't get any answer (aside from the request is registered). Is there any chance I get an answer from Apple Support here on the forum?

Hello Apple Community, I am reaching out to express my frustration with the ongoing issue I've encountered while attempting to transition my account information from an individual to an organization account. Despite diligently providing my business' D-U-N-S and relevant business details multiple times, I continually receive the automated response promising a resolution within one business day. However, it has now been well over a month since my initial request, and the issue persists. I am seeking assistance from fellow developers who may have experienced similar challenges or have insights on navigating this process successfully. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi All, Our "Account Holder" has invited a new user to our corporate dev account in order for them to participate in our new round of TestFlight testing. When they follow the link in the invitation and attempt to "Create Your Apple ID" and enter the special code displayed on the screen correctly they receive a dialog: Your request could not be completed at this time. Your account cannot be created at this time. They've been trying over the last few days so it seems unlikely this is a backend issue (but who knows). I also (in desperation) tried resending them an invite and they had the exact same result. Hopefully someone here has seen (or is seeing) this issue and perhaps has an idea of how to resolve this. Thanks very much in advance, Eric
