new user pending

I have added new user and they recive the welcome email and respond but allways show as pending in the admin console.

How new is the account?

The same thing happen to me but if you call then they will explain why its still pending and what they need fro you to grant your account

Same thing happened to me. Still Pending. How to get from Pending to Accepted status on the "Show Invitation" panel.
