Problem with accepting Apple Developer Agreement

When I open the Account tap I have to agree to Apple Developer Agreement, when I submit it it says "You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement." and when I want to go to the account it wants me to agree with the Apple Developer Agreement again and I'm stuck in this loop.
Can anyone help me what to do with this?

Me too! And I wanna know have u fixed this annoying problem, and most importantly how did u fix this. Apparently according to Apple Developer Support, they have absolutely no idea about how to fix this, LOL, it's been said that this is a unfixable problem....
