What are the TrueDepth FaceID Specifications?

Hello everyone,

I'm working with the 2nd gen iPad Pro and I'm really loving playing around with the 3D points that FaceID can offer. However, I haven't been able to find any technical information about this ToF sensor or its reference (it's a Sony sensor if I'm not mistaken). If anyone has any of these information I would be very interested to look at it!
