Waiting for half an hour to attach to app

I've coded another tool and am waiting for a long time to see any result , see the screenshot . how long does it take for this process to complete. ?

I guess it's a bug on Xcode 13.0+. I've encountered it several times. And sometimes you just restart Xcode and the simulator will be fine but sometimes need to restart your computer(or try clean build).
