App Store Localization is Rejected

Why is this rejection coming? I don't understand.I can't see anything in my mailbox.

I have the same issue. There are no rejection reasons or responses that I can find, so I do not know what to fix. Can anyone at Apple give us some guidance on why localizations are rejected? I can't find anything in the Review Guidelines or docs about this.
