Can’t renew my app dev account. Support is not working at all(

Hi! Maybe someone could help here…) hope) For 2 weeks trying to renew the subscription for app developer as account has expired.

  1. app dev application just showing that the account is expired, no renew button.
  2. All browsers available doesn’t display the renew button.

i have my Visa card attached to my account but money are not withdrawing… maybe someone from apple support will see my post, and will try solve it too… ticket was 101785041623.

Hi,

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. You should be able to renew from there.

I was having the same issue because the instructions on the Apple Developer site say that the renew button is in the Apple Developer app, but it is not there.
