I am not able to add a Profile to Network link conditioner, when I press the Button the text on it just enlarges a bit and nothing else happens.
It doesn't matter if the Link conditioner is already ENABLED or disabled the behaviour is the same.
Seems the "Add Profile" Button is Useless. Here is the workaround I found. Open any of the ALREADY exiting profiles and CLONE them into a new one, then edit that one.
For me the profiles list is empty so I can't even clone one.
Any update on this? I'm facing exactly the same issue
Same problem here, profiles list empty, "Add a profile..." does nothing.

on ios 17.x there is a new 'custom' profile which you can edit, once you save it with a name, you can keep adding new ones. Give your new profile a name like '_high jutter' and it wil stay at the top of the list.
