Cann't Download TestFlight crash report

Question

I've submitted a testflight version last night and received some crash by testers. But when I going to download the crash report in https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/1550921126/testflight/crashes, the download failed with a server error.

I am sure my network is good. Can somebody check this?

Same problem. I also can't see the report through Xcode.

We're also experiencing this issue. We get a 500 http status code on the web response.
