After receiving mails from Apple for missing user info and warnings that our account will be locked - we have sent more than 10 mails that ether the button was missing or either after clicking on it, the next pop-up doesn't work! We tested it in 4 browsers and the result is the same. And after all the mails from us -- Apple still blocked our account and removed our apps!
