Hello. I am currently trying to add two new images for our product page. Every time i do this, the upload fails. Sometimes, when i return to app connect later, I can see greyed out images and the message that 'This file has not yet uploaded' .
I have seen on other threads that the recommendation is delete all of these everywhere and retry uploading. I have tried this many times and in several browsers, with no luck. Can anyone please assist? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Any advice would be
