App is in "In Review" status for a month

Hi all,I've published a new app for AppStore review. At some first rejections, it just takes 2, 3 days. After resolving all items and providing the demo video also. I've submitted it for review. Then the app status was changed to "In Review" and stayed there for a month. I've submitted the expedite request, but it doesn't seem to work.Has anyone had the same situation before? And how do you resolve it? Many thanks.
