Reset the security&privacy settings for a macOS app?

Question

Playing with EventKit, I wanted to test requesting access. Which I did once. Yay.

Now it's stuck in System Settings... and I don't know how to reset it. (This is on Ventura.)

You can do this using tccutil. You’ll need the service name, which you can find in this post and its follow-ups.
