Background Assets: Not able to get access to withExclusiveControl

Sometimes not able to get access to withExclusiveControl

I am not able to repro this, but once it can't get access, then killing the app also does not release the lock.

I have to restart the device to get the control.

Can we please fix this issue?

If you're experiencing this issue on iOS 17's latest beta, please use Feedback Assistant with a sysdiagnose. We'd be more than happy to take a look. Is your extension running? If the extension is holding onto exclusive control and not letting go of it, I'd expect this to happen.

Hi, Im having a similar problem in iOS 17 when trying to run on mac. How can I know if my extension is running when debugging on mac?
