The hierarchy of content items on the site is changing developer.apple.com

See the screenshots. First, the item "Commands Reference" is on the first level. I click on the arrow, the item "Commands Reference" goes to the second level. I click on the arrow again, the item "Commands Reference" remains in the second level.

On Mac OS, the same problem. I don't know why you don't have this problem.

This is why I asked if there was a browser plugin or something like that. I have never seen that happen with Safari in any macOS I’ve used, and I also don’t see it with Firefox in Linux. Note that that guide was last updated in 2016.

Yes, there is no such problem in Safari. The problem is in Google Chrome.
