Issue in Offset time for Iranian TimeZone

I've created an event in icloud calendar in Iranian TimeZone.

In the detials the TimeZone is appearing as Iraninan Standard Time - UTC +3:30.

From the Developer's API we are getting the TImeZone as UTC+4:30.

Please check and get back to us.
