What does this error mean: Error Domain=com.apple.MatterSupport Code=1 "(null)"

Hi, I have tried to add Eve energy plug but still pairing failed, it reported always same error.

Error Domain=com.apple.MatterSupport Code=1 "(null)"

Could anyone help?
