You're going to have to provide way more information than you have already. What is the current version on the App Store? Is it below the version you're trying to add? As the error message suggests, maybe try again later?

Also, please don't add unrelated tags to your forum posts. What does this have to do with "xcselect", "Beta", "Prototyping" or "Scribble"?! If there's no tag for your actual issue, it's likely you're posting this in the wrong place.
