How to decrypt Payment data

I want to use the ProximityReader Framework's readPaymentCard https://developer.apple.com/documentation/proximityreader/paymentcardreadersession/readpaymentcard(_:)-8jol5

to read card information and decrypt it. Does anyone know how to do this?
