Instruments - “Keyboard.prefPane” can’t be found.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Instruments app
  2. Settings
  3. Select recording tab (Next to General)
  4. Click Open Keyboard Shortcut preferences to produce the aforementioned error.
