About 24 hours ago, I got an email from Apple says my submission was accepted for release on the App Store. It can take up to 24 hours after release for items to become publicly available.
However, the state is still "In review" when I log in to the App Store Connect page. Despite that in the app review section, it does say my app has been approved.
