Enrollment PENDING for more than 5 days

Good day!

I've submitted my enrollment and paid the fee but I've yet to receive an email or any confirmation about my membership. One reason I could think of why this is happening is that I used my dad's credit card (consensual of course). Well anyways, my question is:

Is it normal to have it pending for more than 5 days? And if so, what's the longest I could probably wait for?

We're currently running late on an app store release so apologies if I sound impatient.
