I started getting this error after running eas build command today. Is anyone else getting the same error?

I was able to update the eas-cli and then the issue was resolved for me.
npm install -g eas-cli

Do we think this is actual maintenance downtime, or an expo issue?
It seems to be on Apple's side. After upgrading to eas-cli v7.4.0, released on Sun, 2024-03-10 at 03:00 UTC (20 minutes ago), I tried again and got this new error.
When visiting the site, I get 'Service not available because of maintenance activities, please try again after some time.'
I was able to update the eas-cli and then the issue was resolved for me.
