While trying to setup Apple Pay for our website I was stopped by the certificate generation step:
Merchant Identity Certificate(You need to accept the agreement 'Apple Pay Platform Web Merchant Terms and Conditions'.)But where can I find this agreement? I checked the contracts section but nothing is there.

Click on your identifier, and select 'Edit'
The option will then be presented to you if you have not yet agreed to the terms and conditions.

The above solution didn't work for me, however I was able to accept the agreement at:
