Configure Sign in with Apple for the web

Use Sign in with Apple to let your users sign in to your app’s accompanying website with their Apple ID. To configure web authentication, you must create a Services ID and associate your website to an existing primary iOS, macOS, tvOS, or watchOS App ID enabled for Sign in with Apple.

If you’re enrolled as an individual, you can register up to 10 website URLs. If you’re enrolled as an organization, you can register up to 100 website URLs. You don’t need to upload a file on your server to complete the registration process for domains and subdomains.

Associate your website to your app

  1. In Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, click Identifiers in the sidebar, then click the add button (+) on the top left.

  2. Select Services ID, then click Continue.

  3. Enter the Services ID description and provide a unique identifier.

  4. Register the Services ID and select it from the list to start configuration.

  5. Select Sign in with Apple, then click Configure.

  6. In the modal that appears, select your app from the list of primary App IDs that is related to your website.

  7. Under Website URLs, provide your domains, subdomains, or return URLs as a comma-delimited list. You must provide at least one domain or subdomain.

  8. Click Done to store your configuration.

  9. Click Continue.

  10. Review the configuration, then click Save.

Remove association to your app

  1. In Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, click Identifiers in the sidebar, then click the add button (+) on the top left.

  2. Select Services IDs from the pop-up menu on the top right.

  3. Select the Services ID you want to ungroup from your app.

  4. Deselect the Sign in with Apple checkbox, then click Continue.

  5. Click Save and Confirm in the modal that appears.

Once complete, the associated Domain and Return URLs will no longer be grouped with the app. Associated services will be affected by disassociating your domain.
