Determine your export compliance requirements
App Store Connect provides a set of questions to help you determine if export compliance documentation is required from you, and which forms are needed.
View export compliance documentation for encryption to understand what documentation you may need to provide.

From My Apps, select your app. The page opens with the App Store tab selected.

Click the Services tab, and in the sidebar, click Encryption.

Click the add button (+) and answer the questions that display in the dialogs.
Alternatively, you can click Manage next to the build that’s missing compliance information on the App Store tab or the TestFlight tab to answer the required questions.
Upload your documentation
If you’re required to upload export compliance documentation, you can use the App Store Connect Encryption section to do so prior to submitting a build to App Review or TestFlight App Review. Before you provide this documentation, populate the App Description field and manage availability for your app in order to avoid delays in approving your documents. Without this information, Apple can’t determine whether the export compliance documents are sufficient.

Click the add button (+) and answer the questions in the dialogs that display.

When prompted, Choose File to upload your document.

Click Save.
Apple evaluates export compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis. If complete information is provided, Apple expects to be able to review and clear apps in approximately two business days. Once your documentation is approved, Apple will provide you with a key value to enter in Xcode so you won’t need to answer encryption questions with each app submission. You can view this key value next to your approved documentation on the Encryption page in App Store Connect.
If no documentation is required, update your app’s information property list(Info.plist) file in Xcode to let us know that your app doesn't use encryption or is exempt from providing documentation.
