cancel the Apple Developer Enrollment ( Apple support Team help me )
Hello, I would like to cancel Enrollment Membership for the Apple Developer program Enrollment ID 3********9K i didnt pay the fee yet because i want to change it from solo to organization However, I couldn't find how to do this on the developer's website. And i coudn't send request from Support Center Page Also, it always return error in console logs when I sent request support by email method Please help me. Thanks [Edited by Moderator]

The processing of the purchase has not been completed for 3 weeks.
Hello, I applied for the 'Apple Developer Program' and completed the payment process. There are sufficient funds in the account I specified for the payment. After completing the transaction, it was stated that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. Although I completed this transaction on May 3rd, I have not yet received any results. Could you please assist me with this matter? Additionally, I registered from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is not listed among the countries supported by Apple. Is this related to the issue? Thank you.

Do personal accounts support teams? Are there restrictions?
I'm assisting a customer with an iOS app. He has a personal (non-company) Apple Developer account. I know that this kind of account didn't used to support collaborators, but I'm not sure what the current status is. He was able to add me to his account and give me permissions (Developer, App Manager). However when I run Xcode, his account does not appear in the list of Teams under my Apple ID, which is preventing me from working. Is this a bug or temporary problem or is the fact that his account is a personal account preventing me from doing this?

Restore of Developer Account
Hello everyone, if anyone has encountered a problem like this before, would be very grateful if they could help. One of our former teammate associated his personal phone number with apple developer account. When we want to log in to our developer account, otp goes to that cell phone, but we can neither reach him nor see the otp. As a result we can't do anything about the app. How should we proceed to regain control of the developer account? Thanks in advance

Delay migrating membership from Individual to Organization
It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Impossible to enroll as a developer
Greetings, I've been trying to enroll as a developer for the past 14 days. Every day I am creating a support ticket. I've tried to pay at least 10 times. every time I either receive an error message in the enrollment process or I get the notification of it will be processed in the next 48 hours. I do not get proper response from the support team, or any response in most of the time. No one can tell me what is wrong. I have validly connected to appstore and even purchased some apps. What are my options?? did anyone encounter the same issue?

Problem with adding bank account to meet the Paid Apps Agreement
Hi, I have a problem with adding a bank account to meet the conditions of the Paid Apps Agreement in App Store Connect. I have tried several times, and each time my account status is "verifying" and then changes back to "pending user info." I don't receive any explanation via email as to why this is happening; I only see these yellow messages that are very vague and don't explain much. I don't know exactly what is wrong and why it is not passing the verification. I have tried adding both a scan of my passport and my ID card, but nothing works. Has anyone had a similar situation? (I'm from Poland)

Cannot access Certificates, IDs, & Profiles
When I accessed the page "Certificates, IDs, & Profiles", it shows "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'XXXXXXXXXX' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support". I confirmed my developer account was paid in 6 months and should be valid. I accessed 2 weeks ago without any problem. This is the screenshot.

Your enrollment could not be completed.
When I try to enroll in the developer program I get greeted with this message, "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I've email Apple about it and got back this: " This is Luis from Apple Developer Support. We’d like to start with apologizing for the delay. We are currently facing a high volume of emails from our customers and your patience is greatly appreciated. We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with this Apple ID for Apple developer programs. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple ID in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development. When contacting us about this issue, please reference case number X. " I've called Apple Developer support and got back this exact same response, "I can't give any more information unfortunately". I then asked what can I do to publish an App? "I can't give any more information unfortunately". I asked if there's another team I can contact about this and got "No, we're the only team that deals with this." Is there any way I can escalate this? This is ridiculous, my Apple ID is over 7 years old and I never had any issues with anything else.

An App ID with Identifier 'de.{domain}.app' is not available. Please enter a different string
Hi, I am trying to create a new Identifier for my app. When I write down the Bundle ID I am getting this popup: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'de.{domain}.app is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anyone please help? The domain is mine and no apps have been released yet. I can't find a solution for this
