appstoreconnect doesn't work for me

Question

Hello guys

I created Appledeveloper account and paid 99$ got sertificates and ...

but when I login to my appledeveloper account and go to AppStroreConnect I am getting redirect to Appstoreconnect site

then I am trying to go to "Apps" and this redirect me back to https://developer.apple.com/programs/ and suggesting to enroll

in my profile I can see my role set as: Agent

anyone have some ideas why it can behave like this

Did you previously avail yourself of Xcode's 'free provisioning'?

Do you also have an iBooks publishing account?

Are you a team member on any other dev accounts?

How long has it been since your Developer Program account was paid and activated?

What 'profile'...where do you see that info?
