Retention screen keeps loading in App Store Connect

I want to look at cohort retention analysis for my app, but when I open the Retention screen it keeps loading forever. Also, from what I've noticed the filter date goes back into the past, anywhere from 3 months to a whole year.

How did you guys solved this problem ? Im facing it now, if I click the "contact us" button, I get "Something went wrong".

I haven't been able to see retention data for maybe 3 weeks now. Anyone else having the same issue?

  • I'm in the same situation. I opened a ticket at apple support 1 week ago, they still haven't figured out the issue. I don't know if I should feel better knowing others are having the same issue...
