Program Enrollment Deadend

I as well as a few other coworkers have tried to enroll this account (company) to be an apple developer with no luck. Unluckily, on our first attempt, when Apple called to confirm our details our receptionist hung up thinking it was a robo call.

We have tried to enroll 3 times now.

No email response after weeks of waiting... And Emails are sent to us with the wrong names... they say "Hello Levine" where no one in our office has this name.

Any help would be much appreciated.
