The fact that an app was accepted in the past is not a guarantee it will be in the future. It could be you passed through 2 years ago but not this time.
Or did you share some information about your account ?
What type of an app is it ? Have you checked for similar apps in the store ?
My advice: add a note to reviewer like this: this is an update of an app present in the store for 2 years. The only changes in the new version are …………… and it is your genuine code.
