Enrolment is pending

Hello,

My enrolment for developer program has been pending for 2 weeks. I tried sending emails to support and received no reply at all.

My card has not been charged either. It works fine as I have purchased iCloud Subscription 4 days ago. I see following message when I log into developer program

"Purchase your membership.

To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now"

Please help me. I am honestly stressed out.
