Developpement with a device

In 2016 we have to paid 99$ to test on a device. in 2017 we don't need to paid this taxe,if we test with a single device. Now is it possible, I don't see it ? if no since ? Thanks

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking here but…

If you’re goal is to build and run apps on your own personal iPhone then you can do that for free using Xcode’s Personal Team feature.

Note that the Personal Team feature has significant limitations. For the details, see Developer > Support > Choosing a Membership.
