No response on developer account registration and support requests

Dear Apple team.

I have ordered the developer program membership on 1st of April, received confirmation email "Order Acknowledgement" said that the order "will be processed within 2 business days".

Today is April 15th, two weeks since the order and I still have no feedback. Also I wrote to dev support, case numbers are 102266127634, 102269473640, but did not received anything. Please help me!
