Developer team not showing up in Xcode

I am woking on a project for a client and they have an individual apple developer account. They added me to their team as an admin sometime back but the team is still not showing up in Xcode. Only my personal team is visible. Is this because it's an Individual account? Any way to fix this? Appreciate your help.

Yes. This is documented in a note at the top of the Permissions in App Store Connect section of Developer > Support > Articles > Program Roles.

Any way to fix this?

The best solution is to have your client convert their account to a Organization account. See Can I switch my membership from an individual to an organization? on this page.
