When I try to enroll Apple Developer Program for a company, getting an error.
"We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred."
Please, help me. What am i doing wrong?
P. S. The same error occurs when i try to enroll Apple Developer Enterprise Program for a company.
You may not be doing anything wrong. Quite a few people are having trouble enrolling at the moment. Did you change any of the details of your Apple ID account recently? For some, that seems to have been the cause.
I have same problem for about three weeks (as many others who tried to enroll). It's known error and Apple already working on it (well, I've got this answer from tech team), but there is no specific date or even time bounds. So, let's just hope together 😐
I had this problem and I solved it by matching the account country with the phone number I set in the account.
Can you please tell more about it?
