Encryption and Export Regulation Question

I have an application which does not have Encryption but just uses https to connect to the server. Do I need to select Yes to the question for Encryption that Apple is asking ? If I can select No, then what is my next step to submit the compliance document? How and what needs to be done here?

How about using SHA256/512 digestion in CryptoKit, is that also an exempt and not needed to be declared?
