Remove account from developer

Hi:

My apple ID are included into another apple developer account as administrator.


The other account has not renew membership and I want to get my account free but "Delete" button does not appear.


How can we disassociate accounts?

There's still no way to delete former company, even when the company no longer exists. Why is this still not supported?
