I recently got this notice:Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule.In order to update your existing apps, create new in-app purchases, and submit new apps to the App Store, the user with the Legal role (Team Agent) must review and accept the Paid Applications Schedule (Schedule 2 to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement) in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module.Requirements to accept:(1): User with Legal role = CHECK(2): Must have already agreed to Apple Developer Program License Agreement = CHECK(3): Go to Agreements, Tax, and BankingProblem:When I go to the agreements, ta... all I see is a white/blank page with a centered grey square in the middle. Unable to move forward from here. I tried different browsers etc. and also added a support ticket for apple. However eager as I am to have my new App version released, I hope that some of you may know what is wrong or are experiencing something similar?Add. info:I am not a tech guy, but when I inspect the page on the 'blank page' I see these 3 errors. Whenever I try to open Sales & Trends it tries to open https://reportingitc2.apple.com/? but then I am quickly redirected to the main menu at https://itunesconnect.apple.com/If I manually open https://reportingitc2.apple.com/sales.html instead of just clicking the link, I see the sales&trends white page and the header, but nothing inside.cleared cache, tried with Chrome, IE and with newly installed Firefox just for this. Always the same behavior.

I have received a complaint for “algorithm” copyright infringement. A developer signaled all the apps similar to his app, reclaiming he has launched for first on the market and other developer has reverse engineered is app. Has no sense! I have demonstrated that my app was born before his app, and the complainant told to Apple that we have resolved amicably the dispute. But Apple never responded, the dispute is still open. Any experience? I have to wait? I am scared and a little bit hangry, I have never saw before the app of the complainant. We have resolved the dispute but why Apple hasn’t replied yet? I have fear that my app will be removed without reason.

I've been using the reporter tool for a couple years now. I manually put in the requests every morning to check my sales. Today to get the sales for Friday and the weekend I tried the same line I do every day and received a 213 error for the 26th's sales. The command I used is below.java -jar Reporter.jar p=Reporter.properties Sales.getReport XXXXXXXXX, Subscriber, Detailed, Daily, 20181026, 1_1I was able to use it for the 27th and 28th sales and it worked fine. Everytime on the 26th however I get this error:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><Error> <Code>213</Code> <Message>There were no sales for the date specified.</Message></Error>I checked on App Store Connect and I have 10 subscription events that happened on the 26th (all of which should show up on the Subscriber report). I want to publish my first paid app on the App Store. To do that I need to sign the Paid Applications agreement. To do that I visited "Agreements, Tax and Banking" section of App Store Connect. Whenever I click on "View and Agree to terms" option, it asks me enter my address. And how many times I enter the address, it always show me the error as follows..."The address entered appears to be invalid. Please correct your address and resubmit."I've tried to enter the address same as what mentioned in my membership details in the App Store Connect. Moreover, I have also entered the address same as what I have on Apple ID biling and shipping address. I have also compared the address with the address mentioned on the legal proof that I submitted while creating Apple Developer ID. Unfortunately I'm stuck to the current situation. Can anyone provide me the solution to this?Thanks in advance.

With the recent changes when I log into AppStore Connect it keeps selecting a clients team as default instead of the one for my company. I can change teams easily but I'd really prefer to select my team as the default choice so that I don't have to keep swapping it every time I login.Any ideas if this is possible?

I am in team "... University" at the moment (which includes Apple Developer Program for members), but Xcode only shows my Personal team.I tried everything from reinstalling Xcode, rebooting, removing accounts and re-adding,... none of these helped.Can someone help?I'm using Xcode Version 10.2.1 (10E1001),and macOS Mojave version 10.14.5 (18F132)

I just signed up in the developer program and I want to change my primary language of App store connect: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/both App dev program and apple id interface are set to English but Appstore connect is set to French by default. Thanks.

Hi,I am member of apple developer account with App manger role. I need to Generate App specific password and Attach that password to App center account.As per my information only account holder can do this work. I know that he (account holder ) can transfer his role to some one else. But due to some problem he can not leave his role. So, i want to know is there any possiblity so that he (account holder) can assign another account holder to me. Is it possible to have two account holder in one apple ID?Please help,Thanks in Advance.

Hi All,Currently our users facing below issue during latest version app update. Customers have the Previous APP Version (Say V1.0) installed in their Mobile and when try to update (say V1.1) the new Mobile APP they are getting the below error. <App Name> No Longer Available. Hi Everyone,I've been trying desperately to renew my Apple Developer membership for weeks without success.Upon logging in, I receive the prompt below:Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.Renew your membership to keep your access to program benefits and services. Once renewed, be sure to agree to your Paid Applications Agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect.After providing my information (identical to my enrollment information) and credit card details, I receive a notification and email stating my order has been received and will be processed within 48 hours. My credit card is not charged at any point (should it be charged immediately) and the prompt above still appears on my dashboard. I receive no communication after 48 hours and the prompt remains on the dashboard.I have tried:Contacting my bank - no issues their side.Multiple credit cards - same issue.Contacting Apple Dev Support (3 weeks ago) - they haven't been able to provide a solution after multiple back-and-forths.I'm at a complete loss, and we desperately need to get back up and running so we can submit an app. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and I'd be happy to provide more information.Thanks,Shaun

Hello,I'm having an issue with invites not being sent out to internal testers. Usually I just have to invalidate the build, upload a new one (with a higher build number) and then fill in the missing compliance and the invites would get sent immediately. However as of today it seems like no invites are being sent and if I look under "App store connect users" each row has "No Builds Available" under status even though there is a build available: 1.0 (10) "Ready to TestExpires in 89 days"Any ideas on how to solve this? It is critical for me to get this fixed asap!

Hi,Having issues uploading our build to App Store Connect for use in TestFlight. We get a success when building through Xcode, but we get an email after it uploads via archive manager stating "ITMS-90426: Invalid Swift Support - The SwiftSupport folder is missing. Rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and resubmit it.". We have confirmed that we don't have any Swift dependencies and that we are running the latest Xcode (v11.3.1). We've also tried to build/deploy this on multiple computers with the same error. Our app was built using Unity, then brought into Xcode to build/deploy from there. We have never had any Swift dependencies in our project. We are able to deploy directly to our devices, but it seems that the only time we run into issues is trying to. Any help is appreciated.
