I create a new campaign group in my account, but there is no create campaign button. There are create campaign buttons in my old campaign groups. I did this with my own apple account, not the advanced account. My account has a admin role. Do I need to get approved?

Hi guys. I am using apple search ads api v4 to get my team's reports. I received clientId, teamId, keyId, privateKey from my leader and successfully got the access token, but when using that access token to get the campaign report, I get the 401 error: UNAUTHORIZED: invalid cert, cert null. Does anyone have any tips for this? Thanks for your help!

This error appeared yesterday out of the blue. I'd been on appstoreconnect.apple.com working on an app update and later in the day when I tried to log in again I immediately get the error, "Failed to verify your identity. Try Again". No verification code is sent and it's not a password issue, as that's a different error. I'm able to log in to iOS devices and Apple's apps, like the App Store Connect App. I was even able to log in to the Apple Support App and change my password, but I still couldn't access any Apple websites. If I try to log in to icloud.com, searchads, appstoreconnect.apple.com, developer.apple.com, or appleid.apple.com I immediately get the same error and no 2FA code is sent. I've seen online that others have had this issue and some resolved it by appending a verification code to the end of their password, but that hasn't worked for me. (Even though Apple's sites fail to send the 2FA I was able to get a code by going into iOS Settings->iCloud->Passwords & Security->Send Code). Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? I've seen online that people have periodically experienced this issue for years, but I've seen no solution other than the code-appending trick. Apple Developer Support and regular Apple Support haven't been able to help so far (they also told me to try appending a 2FA code to my password). I had to create another Apple ID just to be able to get back into this forum and also the Contact Support page. But now that I have a support case the only way I can communicate with the rep is by logging in with the ID that actually has the login issue. The issue may be rare, but it's been around for several years and Apple has set up its support systems in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get support in these circumstances. In fact, regular Apple Support has no ability to even transfer a call to Developer support. If anyone can help me with this I'll buy you a beer--heck, several beers. Thanks

Hello, I used to have running campaigns in mostly all regions, but recently I got this message on some of the countries that were previously added and have recently become ineligible. It shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to them saying "This campaign is no longer eligible to run in one or more countries or regions.". However I think my app respects and complies with all Policies, so I don't think I am in Violation with them. Do you know how to apply/request a manual review on advertising in these countries. P.S I was in contact with Apple Support but they only responded by giving directions to the Policy and Guidelines sections, which is not a helpful response in any ways.

I am trying to create a profile in apple search ads to promote my applications but when I fill in the form the error "correct the following errors before continuing" appears in red but no error in the form is highlighted in red. I've been like this for several days, I've tried from different IPS and browsers, I can't contact the Search ADS technical service because I can't create the account. Does anyone know how it can be solved?

I've been experiencing this ongoing problem since I first tried to sign up two weeks ago for Search Ads via the online form at https://app.searchads.apple.com/cm/basic/app/signup (Basic) or https://app.searchads.apple.com/cm/app/signup (Advanced). I fill out the form and hit submit and it gives me the following error message "Please correct the errors below before you proceed." There are no form errors I can identify. I've tried multiple devices and browsers but get the same message. I've reached out to Apple Support helpline and developer support email but so far no one has been able to help me. If it's a problem with the online form itself, I would think the .com team would be the best contact but no one at Apple has been able to track down any contact info. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.

Here's my app with real reviews which is running a search campaign with the keyword "chess". My app is called chess so why can't I get ahead of a 3 star app with 18 reviews. Mine has 1000s of reviews and is rated 4.5 stars. It's like there is a lead brick attached to mine and surely the whole point of search ads is to improve keyword search. I don't want to waste money on search ads if it doesn't work, but why is my app below that one anyway?

My app was originally #1 in most countries for its main search keyword. It is now 20+ even using search ads. I have accidentally discovered a huge App Store scam where a developer can cheaply destroy any other app's ranking. I can also show I have been a victim. Howe can I speak to a real person to discuss this? Obviously it would be a bad idea to post it here. I seem to get semi "automated" responses when I use contact us.

My app can't get above a 7 year old abandoned app with a 3 star rating, with Search Ads targetting "Chess". My app has a closer match to the keyword "chess". I have spent $1000s but am 20th for "chess" way behind lower rated apps. I'm getting around 60% conversion and lots of impressions. Apple have told me to spend more. My app is regularly updated. The other has not been updated in 7 years. My app is surely a closer match to the keyword I am paying for? My app earned over $1M. The other app looks like it hasn't done great.

Since about 6 weeks I'm not able to load the Search Ads Basic screen. It just shows a white screen. I tried several browsers, different computers, all yielding the same results. Search Ads Advanced load fine. I have several Basic campaigns running which I cannot adapt now. Meanwhile Apple is charging my credit card for campaigns that I cannot modify! I reached out to Apple support, but after 15 business days still waiting for a response.. Pretty unacceptable. When I check the browser JS console, I'm seeing this error message when loading the Search Ads Basic screen.
