I've never used the services of the apple store before. This is my first time uploading and now I'm confused. Am I in a suspended state or is it a normal state and is it related that I have hired another website to upload my app and do some code work for it? What should I do next? Could you please tell me in a way that is easier to understand? I'm a bit confused And now I'm so shocked that it's my account suspended or something. And why is it still in check status back to being in state? Waiting for another review Previously rejected by message notified as follows: Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Given the severity of the issues we identified, all apps associated with your Apple Developer Program account have been removed from the App Store and your account has been flagged for removal. Specifically, we found that one or more apps in your account engaged in concept or feature switch schemes, in direct violation of section 3.2(f) Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states: "You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with any of the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, TestFlight, Xcode Cloud, Ad Hoc distribution, or the Program (e.g., submitting fraudulent reviews of Your own Application or any third party application, choosing a name for Your Application that is substantially similar to the name of a third party application in order to create consumer confusion, or squatting on application names to prevent legitimate third party use). Further, You will not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any unlawful, unfair, misleading, fraudulent, improper, or dishonest acts or business practices relating to Your Covered Products (e.g., engaging in bait-and-switch pricing, consumer misrepresentation, deceptive business practices, or unfair competition against other developers)." Because your account has been flagged for removal, any earnings payments are paused. Transferring your apps to another Apple Developer Program account or creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts. If you would like to appeal this termination decision to the App Review Board, you must do so within 30 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page and provide a written statement that includes the following: A thorough explanation of the issues we identified Specific steps you will take to prevent its recurrence New information clarifying these issues, if you disagree with our findings Otherwise, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated. If you have questions, contact us. Best regards, App Store Review

Today, I received a notification that my Apple Developer account has been flagged for removal. I have tried to explain my situation through Apple Developer Support, but I have not received any response. What steps should I take? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello, I require assistance urgently. My Apple Developer membership has expired and I am unable to renew it. Upon logging in to the Developer website, I was directed to use the Developer app to renew the membership. However, I cannot locate the renew button on the app. I have attempted to log in and out multiple times, as well as signing in from other devices, but to no avail. This situation is highly frustrating, and I feel let down by Apple's poor service.

My primary Apple ID is associated with an Apple developer account. I started a new company new partners and I need to create a new developer account for the new legal entity. However, when I try to create a new Apple ID, I am being asked to use it on my Mac, and thereby lose all of the data and services associated with my primary Mac ID. How do I create a new Apple Developer Account, and associated Apple ID, without having to switch to the new Apple ID on my Mac? Thanks geniuses!

Hi :) Currently, I am developing Apple login. First of all, thanks to the official document you provided, we are proceeding with the development easily. We are in the process of verifying the identity token of the logged-in user. We would like to proceed with the process of saving (member registration) in our DB using the email that can be obtained from the token that has been verified. After signing up as a member, I want to create my own refresh token and maintain my login, so should I do the Generate and validate token, revoke token course? Is there any disadvantage? If the user disconnects Apple, we will delete the data from our DB.

Hey Everyone, I just paid for my dev account subscription renewal and it said unsuccessful, but I can see I have been charged £79 from my bank. I contacted support and they couldn't help and scheduled a call and the advisor said to send an email but that takes 2 business days. I don't want to lose my subscription, has anyone had this problem and how did you resolve it. Thanks

Hello. In order to respect the anonymity of the users of my web platform (by storing as little private data as possible in the database) I would like to know if OSx like its competitor Android proposes to use the internal security of the device (linked to a personal account - Apple or Android ID) to authenticate a user by requiring only his personal ID (or generated by the OS and intended for all browsers) for a double authentication and thus at the click of a button on the website send a text message on the phone (or all devices connected to the same account) to confirm to be the same person who accesses his personal account. using the same functionality as : . e.g. which would call the OS dual authentication system and ask the device (phone or tablet) to display a request for authentication confirmation either by simply clicking a button or by filling in a 6 digit code. Is it possible and does that exist ?

This may be a bit high level, but wanted some clarification as I can't be sure from reading the documentation. I am considering adding paid subscriptions into my app at some point in the future. Initially, though, I would like the app to simply be free to use. Even though I won't be charging subscriptions right away, would it make sense to implement the mechanics for subscriptions into the app right away for each user (and simply have the subscription be $0/month, for example)? Or will it be easy enough in the future to add the option for a paid subscription and integrate it seamlessly with existing users? To provide some additional context, I don't want to implement any sort of custom account creation / registration logic into my app (i.e. like on a social media where each user creates a username and password) - I would simply like to be able to utilize Apple's logic for Apple IDs and such to eventually handle payments and subscriptions. Is this something I should reconsider?

I as well as a few other coworkers have tried to enroll this account (company) to be an apple developer with no luck. Unluckily, on our first attempt, when Apple called to confirm our details our receptionist hung up thinking it was a robo call. We have tried to enroll 3 times now. No email response after weeks of waiting... And Emails are sent to us with the wrong names... they say "Hello Levine" where no one in our office has this name. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would like to add Sign In with Apple on my website but currently I see no option besides creating an Apple Developer account and paying 99$/year. For me this is not convenient because: I am not going to make any usage of the developer account for publishing any apps to the App Store or download and use XCode. Any other external logins such as Google or Facebook are completely free. Is there any way to create a "web only" app for free?

I'm logged in with my organisation's apple developer account. I invited multiple team members in my organisation including myself to join Apple Developer Team, unfortunately no one received the invite. I tried with my personal apple id, there I received the invite. Only organisation email id's are having this problem.

Hello, I added my son (15) as a developer to my team. He got an invite and accepted that and now is shown in my team... So far so good. But he can't sign in to his developer account, it always say: "Sorry, ...". And with that he can't install iOS 17 on his Phone to help testing our new App Updates... I think, he needs to accept some agreements after login, but they are not shown... How can I fix that? Thanks, Stefan

Trying to enroll in developer program, after scanning ID and submitting I screen that I need to Contact Us to Continue. I have contact them but after a few times I get this email. I respond back 2 times by clicking on the link "Voicemail or Text" but never get a response. Is there a solution? Any help would be appreciated. Hello Ace, My name is Jay and I’m a senior Advisor with Apple Developer Program Support. Thank you for your interest in the Apple Developer Program. For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple ID in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development. You can reply to this email or follow the link below to leave me a voice or text message. You must sign in with the Apple ID on record for this case to leave me a message. Your case number is XXXXXXXXXXXX. Voicemail or text I am available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. U.S. central time. You can also check phone support availability at our website if you want to speak with an Apple Developer Program Support Advisor immediately. Best regards, Jay Apple Inc.

I have an app that currently does not use in-app account deletion which I have been told I need to add in to deploy on the App Store. I intend to introduce a button on the account section of my app that says "delete account". When clicking this button the app will open an in-app browser which will navigate the user to a pre-filled form asking them to confirm that they would like to delete their account. I want to know if this pass a review? Apple's developer guidelines are unclear around the use of in-app browsers for the purposes of account deletion.

Pulling my hair out over here! I have confirmation of my D-U-N-S number from Apple. But whenever I try to enroll my business as a developer over at https://developer.apple.com/enroll/organization/details/edit/legal-entity I get "The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile." But I am entering the information exactly as I received it from Apple when I did the D-U-N-S lookup (https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/#!/search) When I clicked "date your D&B profile", I got confirmation that my entity name and D-U-N-S were as I was entering and nothing was changed. Any ideas? This has put the brakes on our app releases.
