I have renewed my apple developers account after expiring my membership. After that one day my developers account is opened normally as like before. Hi,I am member of apple developer account with App manger role. I need to Generate App specific password and Attach that password to App center account.As per my information only account holder can do this work. I know that he (account holder ) can transfer his role to some one else. But due to some problem he can not leave his role. So, i want to know is there any possiblity so that he (account holder) can assign another account holder to me. Is it possible to have two account holder in one apple ID?Please help,Thanks in Advance.

Hi,I've been trying to create a developer account for 3 months now.3 apple ids, 4 cards and 2 banks later, it still doesn't succeed.Support is useless and so is my bank.Does anyone here have a solution? Are you experiencing the same problem?I'm from India.

So I've been trying for almost two months to enroll in the developer program and have opened support tickets but have gotten nowhere. The first time I tried, my payment went through but was then reversed by Apple and taken back and my enrollment didn't go through. I called support and they said to try a different card, so I did. The same thing happened where it went through and then Apple took it back a few days later (I called both banks and they confirmed that the reversal was initiated by Apple). All attempts since then (including with a third card) will result in being redirected to a page with "Your payment authorization failed on card •••****. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method."Information is multiple times checked, and includes the card saved on the Apple ID which had gone through the first time, and I bought a small app in the app store to confirm that card was still working with Apple (it was). The only thing I haven't been able to do is enroll in the development program. When I call support they tell me to try the same things I've already tried multiple times and also say they aren't aware of any problems like this and say they haven't had any problems with developer enrollment payment processing. Has anyone else experienced this and been prevented from enrolling? Anyone know a way to get through and enroll?

First of all when I try to purchase $99 Apple Developer membership from developer.apple.com it gets cancelled automatically. When I go to store.apple.com I can't add payment method. When I try to add payment method in appleid.apple.com/account/manage I can select Bangladesh as shipping address but can't select Bangladesh in Country/Region popup. Does that mean, the people of Bangladesh cannot buy Apple Developer membership and become an App Developer? Why can we select Bangladesh in shipping but can't select Bangladesh for payment in appleid.apple.com?

I've been trying to resolve this issue for a long time, also been send multiple emails to Apple support, however nobody gave me the answer. My situation is: I am a Russian citizen, I've been living in China Mainland for 10 years already. Me and My friends developed apps and we would like to publish one of apps to my Apple Developer Account. I cannot open a Chinese Developer account because Chinese App Store prohibits foreigners to make a verification as a developer, so I've been trying to open and developer account with Russia as a country of origin and didn't succeed either. Apple Developer program doesn't let you to provide your personal data from another country you are not living in. I can provide my passports all personal data apple need, however my bank account and the phone number are all Chinese. So my question is: What should I do next? What should international developers who live in other countries do if they want to publish their apps? Thank you
