If I want to create an application or do something like it on the Itunes Connect portal, I am sent to this page:https://developer.apple.com/register/error/"You've already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement".It proposes links to "Continue with Member center" or "Sign Out". Nothing else can be done.Continuing to Member Center doesn't work - it only gives the same page again.Signing out works but the same scenario then applies again.I've tried with other computers and navigators, including a Windows and a Mac. The error is present with all navigators (including Safari).Others have been mentioning this error at other places (stackoverflow etc) but have been booted out since it looks so much like a "registration error".The account is clean and with accepted agreements.It looks like an iTunes Connect error.We get more and more of these things and bugs lately.

Hi,I'm tryng to set up the Paid Applications contract while my app is waiting review, and I keep getting the same error:"The bank account number you entered does not match the corresponding portion of your IBAN. Remember to include any leading zeros in your bank account number, and try again."I tried multiple accounts from two different banks, and I get the same error with all of them. I checked with my bank and I'm certain all the information is correct (including account number and iban.) The bank account has 6 digits, so I made sure to fill it as "000000123456" to achieve the 12 digits that were asked from the form.I'm from Brazil and my account is from the bank "Banco do Brasil". I sent an e-mail already (incident #611528) but there was no answer.Anyone else here had this problem? Any idea what is causing this?

Hey everyone,I've taken on a few iOS contracts for different clients, all of which will be requiring InApp Purchases. I have a personal developer liscence.All of the clients would like the app to be in my name, have the income come into my bank account, then transfer them the proceeds. I'm a Canadian resident and I'm getting ready to submit the tax forms, but I'm worried that all of this extra income in my name could pose a problem.Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you suggest some best practices for me?Thanks!

Hello,I've removed this morning my App from the Store. Since, I want to remove the App ID associated to this App, but I've the following message :An unspecified error occurred.The App ID '2ENYVR2B25.com.society.appName' appears to be in use by the App Store, so it can not be removed at this time.Is it normal ? I have a paid developer account that I use for apps I write for myself and created another account some time ago that I use for an app I wrote for someone else. That second account is a free account that is a member of the other person’s team. In the past, with a technical role, I was able to create app IDs, create ad hoc builds and submit new versions to the store. Now I am unable to do any of those things.Do I have to have a paid account for each team I’m a member of or there some other issue at work? When I log in to the secondary account I get a notification about the updated agreement, which without the legal role I can’t do anything about.

I recently left a job, but no one removed my Apple ID from the company's Developer Program account. So when I log into the Apple Developer website I see the company's profiles and certificates. I have no use for being associated with this team, and to avoid any confusion or mistakes I would simply like to disconnect my Apple ID from the company account.I have Googled the issue; it looks like only the team admin can make this change, but as my former boss doesn't take these things very seriously (he's so far ignored my emails about this) I have doubts he will take any measures himself.I've removed myself from the team, but the company's Developer Program account and Organization still show up on my account profile.. I would like to remove these, but I do not understand how.Any help would be fantastic.

I need to delete permanently an app bundle, or at least remove the apps from it, to be able to delete those apps. How to do it?

Hello,since a few days ( i guess since the developer.apple.com Website was down during WWDC ) mySales and Trends are not working in iTunes Connect on the Website and also not in the App ( the App just crashes when i click to the Overview of 2 Weeks or more)Well, it's extrem annoying.What do do?Is there any way to fix that, or is that an Problem at the Apple - Servers?When i click on Sales and Trends in iTunes Connect it's just saying:"An unexpected Error occurred. Recently I gave admin access to one of my team member. But, when he logs in, he cannot access App Analytics or Sales and Trends. When he clicks, it says You don't have access. please contact admin for assistance. I checked it in Users and Roles, it shows him as a admin. How to resolve it?

Hello!I am an individual developer from Germany and I have some troubles filling out the "U.S. Tax Forms" document in iTunes Connect. I am on the page whose headling is "Manage Your Tax Information" and these are the points I am not sure what to do:5. U.S. taxpayer identification number, if requiredI do not have a US taxpayer ID. Can I just leave this field empty?6. Foreign tax identifying number, if anyI have a german tax Id (Steuer-ID). Do I have to put this german tax Id into this field? Or do they mean something different?7. Reference Number(s)What is this reference number?Part II: Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits: (If Applicable)9. I certify that the beneficial owner is a resident of Germany within the meaning of the income tax treaty between United States and that country.Do I HAVE to check this box as developer from Germany? Does this mean I automatically get a reduced tax if I check this box?10. I am trying to upload a video trailer for my new game and when I hitted "save" I got a message on the video saying "Processing app preview - The app preview can take up to 24 hours to process." https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4047131/10/2016-10-13_181501.pngHowever it has taken well over 48 hours and this is still showing. How long does it take or is there something more I have to do to finish the video processing?
Today someone added me to their team as role = Admin. I accepted and now I can see their team on iTunes Connect, i.e. it's listed in the top right popup menu. However if I go to developer.apple.com (where you manage certs and profiles etc) signed in as the same account, that team is not listed in the top right account popup menu. I've tried signing out and back in and checked to make sure that the account is all paid up.Why wouldn't a team that I'm an admin member of show up on developer.apple.com?

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyone who is a sole trader on the apple developer program that has paid applications on the app store. If so I would like to ask some questions regarding the banking and tax form for someone living in the UK.I live in the United Kingdom and have a full time job and do the app in my spare time. As a sole trader apple developer account.The trouble I am having is with the tax information and which tax numbers I need. I have tried asking apple via both email and calls and the reply I get is no help.Can Send images of the parts that I am stuck with as images won't how here.Help would be highly appreciated. Lewis

Hello guys!I was developing an app in my account and then I deleted the app from Itunes connect. Now I'm trying to delete the app id from indentifiers scetion but I can't. I got this error:The App ID 'xxxxxxxxxx' appears to be in use by the App Store, so it can not be removed at this time.But I deleted the app 5 minutes after I submitted to the store.I need to use this ID in another account, what can I do?Thank you!

Hi,a while ago I invited a new developer to my team on iTunesConnect. Long story short we didn't endup working with him and he never accepted the invitation either. Even though the invitation is expirednow I am not able to remove him from my users list. I can select the account and click "Delete", butafter a short loading period nothing happens. I also can't change the App access for the user, becausehe has the role of a Developer. I am the Admin, so I thought deleting members from my team shouldbe possible, especially after their invitation expired.Thanks for your help!Best,Flo
